Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide at least 99.9% uptime per month for hosted websites and apps. We monitor server performance and fix any downtime issues as quickly as possible.

However, no system is completely secure. We are not liable for data breaches, hacking, malware, or cyberattacks that are beyond our control.

If an issue occurs due to an error on our end (e.g., bugs, accidental deletion, misconfigurations), we will fix it as quickly as possible. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 3 months.
